An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Madrid. Third ranked Prat faced their biggest opponent Fuenlabrada. Guests from Prat (9-3) defeated host Fuenlabrada (9-3) 74-62. Prat's coach Carles Duran allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Latvian power forward Rolands Smits (202-95) answered with 19 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and center Jose Maria Gonzalez (206-91, agency: Duran International) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Fuenlabrada. Prat have a solid series of four victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Guadalajara and Fuenlabrada. Prat will play against Caceres Basket (#5) on the road in the next round. Fuenlabrada will play against Fontedoso Carrefour (#6) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
