Very expected game when 13th ranked Minas (4-7) was smashed on the road by ninth ranked Brasilia (7-6) 82-54 on Tuesday. The game without a history. Brasilia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Brasilia forced 19 Minas turnovers. Center Ronald Reis (210-91) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. The former international point guard Welington Dos Santos (185-81) contributed with 17 points and 5 assists for the winners. Defending champion moved-up to sixth place. Loser Minas keeps the thirteenth position with seven games lost.
