The game in Kerava was also quite interesting. 7th ranked TuRi (3-10) played at the court of eighth ranked Kerava Energia Team (4-10). Kerava Energia Team managed to secure a 5-point victory 72-67 on Saturday. Kerava Energia Team forced 28 TuRi turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Italian-Ghanian point guard Rosetta Adzasu (165-90, college: Washington St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 8 steals. American forward Mollie Williams (187, college: Washington) accounted for 14 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side. Kerava Energia Team's coach Esa Maki-Tulokas allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American guard La'Keisha Sutton (175-90, college: S.Carolina) came up with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 13 rebounds and guard Katleena Karkkainen (174-92) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for TuRi in the defeat. Kerava Energia Team moved-up to seventh place. Loser TuRi dropped to the eighth position with ten games lost. Kerava Energia Team will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. TuRi will play against the league's leader Catz Lappeenranta (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
