BJ League top team - Okinawa GK (21-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat fifth ranked Takamatsu FA (13-13) 82-64. The game without a history. Okinawa GK led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Okinawa GK forced 21 Takamatsu FA turnovers. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Guard Draelon Burns (194-85, college: De Paul) notched 22 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and Anthony McHenry (202-83, college: Georgia Tech) supported him with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Four Okinawa GK players scored in double figures. Even 14 points and 8 rebounds by swingman Dexter Lyons (198-81, college: Cent.Florida, agency: I.D.S. Law) did not help to save the game for Takamatsu FA. Power forward Paul Williams (208-83, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: I.D.S. Law) added 9 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Okinawa GK maintains first position with 21-3 record. Takamatsu FA at the other side keeps the fifth place with 13 games lost.
