An interesting game took place in Sunchales where higher ranked Boca Juniors (5-4) was upset on the court of tenth ranked Libertad Sunchales (4-5) 86-67. The game was mostly controlled by Libertad Sunchales. Boca Juniors was better in third quarter 19-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for the former international Diego Garcia (190-79) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 7 assists. The former international Diego Lo Grippo (198-78) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Libertad Sunchales players scored in double figures. Libertad Sunchales' coach Fernando Duro allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Libertad Sunchales moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Obras and Quimsa. Boca Juniors at the other side keeps the fifth position with four games lost. Libertad Sunchales' next round opponent will be Obras (#10) in Buenos Aires. Boca Juniors will play on the road against Olimpico de La Banda (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
