The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Doha: Al Arabi (#5) and Al Sadd (#2). Al Arabi (11-6) won against visiting Al Sadd (12-5) 81-72. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Sadd. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international point guard Mansour El Hadary (177-90) who helped to win the game recording 32 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists and Bosnian forward Adnan Hodzic (203-88, college: Lipscomb) who added 23 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side international Erfan Ali Saeed (198-83) responded with 22 points and 5 rebounds and international swingman Khalid Suliman (198-87) scored 13 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Al Arabi maintains fifth position with 11-6 record. Al Sadd at the other side dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
