We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 7th ranked Valga (4-10) was defeated at home by eighth ranked Rapla (5-12) 68-63 on Friday. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 17-10 charge, which allowed them to win the game. International guard Martin Dorbek (194-91) fired 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. point guard Rait-Riivo Laane (179-93) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Rapla players scored in double figures. American forward Ferg Myrick (198-91, college: New Hampshire) produced 15 points and 9 rebounds and guard Kristjan Evart (192-90) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Rapla moved-up to seventh place. Loser Valga dropped to the eighth position with ten games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
