Everything went according to plan when first ranked River Andorra (13-3) won against at home 9th ranked Cocinas.com (6-9) 82-71 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by River Andorra. Cocinas.com was better in second period 16-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American forward Shaun Green (203-87, college: Utah) who scored 26 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Marc Blanch (195-82) chipped in 22 points and 7 rebounds. Four River Andorra players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Alex Hall (187-90, college: Drury) who recorded 27 points and point guard Mikel Uriz (182-89) added 9 points and 9 assists respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. River Andorra have an impressive series of five victories in a row.
