Regular Season Round 19: Winnipeg - Regina 73-63
Date: January 17, 2014
No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Wesmen (8-5) beat 7th ranked Cougars (4-9) in Winnipeg, MB 73-63 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Wesmen. Cougars was better in fourth quarter 23-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Forward Jelane Pryce (201) contributed with 7 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Loser Cougars dropped to the fifth position with nine games lost. Wesmen will face again Cougars (#7) in Regina, SK in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
