Leader Groningen recorded the seventeenth victory. This time they crushed 5th ranked M.Magixx (11-8) 72-50 in Nijmegen. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Groningen's pressure prevailed and they won that period 26-11 extending their advantage to 22 points. They dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to M.Magixx's 28. Groningen had a 29-17 advantage in offensive rebounds.
