Regular Season Round 16: KK Hito - TTU 69-73

Bottom-ranked KK Hito (0-19) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 19th consecutive match to fourth ranked TTU (11-5) 73-69. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But KK Hito won third quarter 17-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely KK Hito outrebounded TTU 46-0 including a 20- advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by the former international forward Erik Keedus (198-90) who scored that evening 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and international center Rain Raadik (208-89) supported him with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Even 18 points and 6 rebounds by American guard Joe Prophet (193, college: Westminster, MO) did not help to save the game for KK Hito. point guard Siim Laur (189-87) added 14 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Five TTU and four KK Hito players scored in double figures. TTU moved-up to third place. KK Hito at the other side still closes the standings. TTU will play against league's second-placed BC Rakvere on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. KK Hito will have a break next round.
