Leader Hapoel Jerusalem delivered the thirteenth victory on Monday night. This time they beat 6th ranked Hapoel Holon (8-8) 71-64. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hapoel Holon. The game without a history. Hapoel Jerusalem led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. At the losing side American Brian Asbury (200-86, college: Miami, FL) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds and his fellow American import swingman D.J. Kennedy (198-89, college: St.John's) scored 16 points. Four Hapoel Holon players scored in double figures. Hapoel Jerusalem (13-3) have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Loser Hapoel Holon keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Hapoel Eilat.
