His fellow American import power forward Kurt Cunningham (205-87, college: Boise St.) chipped in 15 points and 9 rebounds. Five Hyeres-Toulon players scored in double figures. Hyeres-Toulon's coach Laurent Legname used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American Steve Smith (200-81, college: Iona) produced 19 points and 6 rebounds and Philippe Haquet (200-86) added 14 points respectively for lost side.
