Aishin Wings trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 14-8 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 53-62 at the end of the game. The winners were led by international forward Moeko Nagaoka (180-93) who scored that evening 17 points and the former international forward Yoko Nagi (175-82) supported her with 13 points. Fujitsu RW's coach Yabuuchi Natsumi used an eleven-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Even 21 points and 5 rebounds by guard Hitomi Takasaki (168-86) did not help to save the game for Aishin Wings. The former international center Hiromi Suwa (183-85) added 15 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Fujitsu RW have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 13-3 record having just two points less than leader JX Sunflowers, which they share with Denso Iris. Aishin Wings lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Toyota B SR. Fujitsu RW will meet Toyota A. (#5) in the next round. Aishin Wings will play against Toyota B SR and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
