Second Stage Round 3: Boras II - Trelleborg 88-76

Rather expected game when Trelleborg (0-4) was defeated on the road by Boras II (1-1) 88-76 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 48-33 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Boras II had a 21-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 4 passes made by Trelleborg's players. The best player for the winners was forward Hajzer Ismaili (202-94) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Simon Gunarsson (195-95) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds. Five Boras II players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Plaisir Mukoko (191-91) who recorded 41 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds and guard Anis Ben Hamida (195-90) added 14 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Boras II will face Fryshuset (#7) in Stockholm in the next round. Trelleborg will play at home against Eskilstuna and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
