Regular Season Round 18: Monaco - Quimper 82-73

NM1 top team - Monaco (15-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat tenth ranked Quimper UJAP (8-10) 82-73. The hosts were already 16 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 23-16 Quimper UJAP's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 82-73 at the end of the game. Monaco forced 28 Quimper UJAP turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. Center Jonathan Tornato (210-89) notched 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and Serbian forward Milutin Aleksic (203-82) supported him with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Five Monaco players scored in double figures. Even 18 points by naturalized Mali forward Tahirou Sani (203-85) did not help to save the game for Quimper UJAP. point guard Etienne Plateau (192-86) added 15 points and 5 rebounds.
