Tenth-ranked Pais Vasco (5-9) used its home court advantage to challenge first ranked Perfumerias Avenida (12-2) in San Sebastian on Saturday. The visitors from Salamanca managed to secure only three-point victory 76-73. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 31-21 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Perfumerias Avenida have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 12-2 record. Newly promoted Pais Vasco keeps the tenth place with nine games lost. Perfumerias Avenida are looking forward to face league's second-placed Rivas Ecopolis at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Pais Vasco will play against Ibaizabal (#11) in Galdakao and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
