The game between second ranked Pau Lacq Orthez (10-4) and thirteenth ranked Perpignan (3-2) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Pau Lacq Orthez was defeated by Perpignan in Perpignan 55-66. The game was mostly controlled by Perpignan. Pau Lacq Orthez managed to win second period 18-15. Perpignan maintains thirteenth place with 3-2 record. Pau Lacq Orthez at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. Perpignan will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Pau Lacq Orthez will play on the road against the league's leader COB Calais where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
