No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Regal FC Barcelona (12-5) beat 10th ranked Cajasol (8-9) in Sevilla 62-57 on Sunday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Alejandro Abrines (198-93) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points. Croatian center Ante Tomic (217-87, agency: XL Basketball Agency) contributed with 12 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Regal FC Barcelona's coach Xavier Pascual used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Czech point guard Tomas Satoransky (201-91) answered with 14 points and 5 assists and Czech center Ondrej Balvin (217-92) added 7 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Cajasol. The victory was the third consecutive win for Regal FC Barcelona. They moved-up to third place. Loser Cajasol dropped to the ninth position with nine games lost. Regal FC Barcelona will face league's second-placed Valencia Basket on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Cajasol will play against Gipuzkoa (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
