Important game to mention about took place in Junin. Eleventh ranked Quimsa (7-8) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 14th ranked Argentino (4-11) 79-77 on Friday evening. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 13-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-77. Quimsa made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for British-American Darren Phillip (201-78, college: Fairfield) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 7 rebounds.
