Regular Season Round 18: Rapla - TTU 79-64

Another interesting game for Rapla (6-13) which hosted 4th ranked TTU (11-7). Seventh ranked Rapla had an easy win 79-64. The game was mostly controlled by Rapla. TTU was better in second period 14-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rapla forced 20 TTU turnovers. TTU was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Slovenian center Ziga Fifolt (211-93) had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and international guard Martin Dorbek (194-91) chipped in 8 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Erik Keedus (198-90) with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international forward Mooses Kaja (198-88) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Four TTU players scored in double figures. Rapla maintains seventh position with 6-13 record. TTU at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost. Rapla will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. TTU's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Tallinn to the arena Kalev/Cramo.
