Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Ksiezak Lowicz (11-6) defeated on the road 9th ranked Wisla Krakow (4-12) 65-52 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 65-52. Center Lukasz Bak (210-81, agency: Promotex) orchestrated the victory by scoring 15 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Bartosz Wluczynski (176-88) contributed with 3 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Rafal Zglobicki (193-94) answered with 14 points and forward Mateusz Piotrowski (196-88) added 6 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Wisla Krakow. Wisla Krakow's coach Marcin Kekus rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Ksiezak Lowicz maintains fifth place in Group C with 11-6 record. Wisla Krakow lost their third game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 12 games lost. Ksiezak Lowicz will face league's second-placed AZS AGH Alstom in Krakow in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Wisla Krakow will play on the road against the league's leader SKK Siedlce (#1) and hope to win that game.
