P.Mantovana (#8) forced the game against Roseto (#7) into an overtime, but lost by one point 79-80 on Sunday night. The game took place in Mirandola. But the guests from Roseto were better at the end. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of P.Mantovana. The guests trailed by 11 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game in overtime by 1 point. At the losing side American power forward Johndre Jefferson (207-88, college: S.Carolina, agency: Three Eye Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Jordan Losi (182-80) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Roseto have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 3 other teams. P.Mantovana at the other side keeps the eighth position with nine games lost. Roseto will face Ravenna (#9) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. P.Mantovana will play against Matera and hope to win that game.
