The game in Ourinhos supposed to be also worth to mention about. 4th placed Maranhao (6-3) played at the court of fifth ranked Ourinhos (4-4). Ourinhos smashed Maranhao 75-51. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Maranhao. The game was mostly controlled by Ourinhos. Maranhao was better in fourth quarter 17-10. Ourinhos' next round opponent will be league's second-placed Americana in Vila Medon and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Maranhao will play at home against Rio Claro and hope to win that game.
