Regular Season Round 20: Toyota B SR - Ebara Vickies 80-67

Rather predictable result in Aichi where seventh ranked Toyota B SR (8-12) defeated 11th ranked Ebara Vickies (1-19) 80-67. The game was mostly controlled by Toyota B SR. Ebara Vickies was better in second period 14-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 25 personal fouls committed by Ebara Vickies helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Center Eri Hatanaka (178-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 13 points and 7 rebounds. Power forward Sari Osabe (174-87) contributed with 10 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Toyota B SR players scored in double figures. Guard Inamoto Satoko (165-84) replied with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Arisa Takagi (168-89) added 3 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Ebara Vickies. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Toyota B SR have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position with 8-12 record, which they share with Niigata. Ebara Vickies lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 19 games lost.
