Rather expected game in Kawasaki where 6th ranked Mitsubishi K. (12-8) was defeated by fourth ranked Fujitsu RW (16-4) 71-67. Mitsubishi K. was ahead by 13 points at the halftime before a 43-26 second half run of Fujitsu RW. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. International forward Moeko Nagaoka (180-93) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 6 rebounds.
