There was a surprise result when eighth ranked San Martin Corrientes (5-5) defeated at home 4th placed Union SF (5-5) 96-81 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by San Martin Corrientes. Union SF was better in fourth quarter 25-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. San Martin Corrientes made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game.
