It looked good early as Asker Aliens took an 2-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Froya Basket had a 28-22 second period charge getting the lead and Asker Aliens were not able to take back game control losing it eventually 74-88. Four Froya Basket players scored in double figures. American forward Torgrim Sommerfeldt (198-89, college: Manhattan) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and guard Anders Stien (195-90) scored 23 points. Asker Aliens' coach Jakob Jorgensen rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Froya Basket maintains sixth position with 8-8 record. Asker Aliens at the other side keep the fourth place with seven games lost. Froya Basket will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Asker Aliens will play on the road against Ammerud Bskt (#3) in Oslo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
