Rather expected game when 8th ranked Waterloo (2-20) was crushed at home by fifth ranked McMaster (13-8) 77-43 on Saturday. The game without a history. McMaster led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They held Waterloo to an opponent 24.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.4 percent accuracy of the winners. McMaster forced 23 Waterloo turnovers and outrebounded them 47-34 including 33 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Waterloo's players. American forward Hailey Milligan (190-89, college: Canisius) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Vanessa Bonomo (160) chipped in 9 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals during the contest.
