No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Fukuoka Rizing (15-19) crushed on the road 9th ranked Bambitious Nara (10-22) 78-58 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Fukuoka Rizing. Bambitious Nara was better in fourth quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Bambitious Nara to just 7 points in third quarter. They outrebounded Bambitious Nara 41-24 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward Reginald Warren (204-81, college: W.Florida) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds. point guard Cohey Aoki (167-80) contributed with 16 points and 5 assists for the winners. Fukuoka Rizing moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Oita H.Devils. Loser Bambitious Nara keeps the ninth position with 22 games lost. Fukuoka Rizing will face Osaka Evessa (#8) at home in the next round. Bambitious Nara will play against Kyoto Hannar. and hope to win that game.
