No shocking result in a game when second ranked Boras Basket (25-4) defeated at home 8th ranked KFUM Jamtland (10-19) 94-76. KFUM Jamtland was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. The game was dominated by American players. It was a good game for point guard James Miller (182-79, college: N.Carolina A&T, agency: Higher Vision Sports) who led his team to a victory with 31 points. Christopher McKnight (201-87, college: Akron) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks for the winners. Power forward Brandon Peterson (204-90, college: Arkansas St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 17 rebounds and guard Ken Brown (185-89, college: Philander Smith) added 20 points and 5 assists in the effort for KFUM Jamtland. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Boras Basket maintains second position with 25-4 record behind leader Sodertalje. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the eighth place with 19 games lost. Boras Basket will play against Norrkoping Dolphins (#3) in Norrkoping in the next round, which may be the game of the day. KFUM Jamtland will play at home against Uppsala Basket (#5) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
