A very close game took place in Ashkelon between Ironi Ashkelon and Ironi Kiryat Ata. Seventh ranked Ironi Ashkelon (10-9) got a very close home victory over 11th ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (7-12). Ironi Ashkelon managed to escape with a 3-point win 98-95 on Tuesday evening. They keep the eleventh position with 12 games lost. They share it with Elitzur Yavne. Ironi Ashkelon will meet at home higher ranked Ramat Hasharon (#5) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ironi Kiryat Ata will play against Ironi Ramat Gan (#4) and hope to secure a win.
