There was a minor upset when second-best Warriors (18-14) lost to fourth ranked Springfield Armor (13-20) in Bismarck 80-97 on Friday. Warriors were trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 32-13 charge of Springfield Armor, which allowed them to win the game. Warriors were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for forward Willie Reed (208-90, college: St.Louis) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 20 rebounds. Center Jeff Foote (213-88, college: Cornell) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Dominic McGuire (206-85, college: Fresno St., agency: Priority Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Seth Curry (185-90, college: Duke) added 21 points and 5 assists in the effort for Warriors. Five Springfield Armor and four Warriors players scored in double figures. Warriors' coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Springfield Armor maintains fourth place with 13-20 record. Loser Warriors dropped to the third position with 14 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
