Seventh-ranked Treviglio (12-11) made lots of trouble for first ranked Agrigento (18-5) on Sunday. Agrigento managed to secure only one-point victory 66-65. However their fans expected much easier game. Treviglio trailed by 16 points after 3 quarters before a 29-14 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 65-66 at the end of the game. Agrigento made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American guard Kwame Vaughn (190-90, college: CS Fullerton) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line).
