Regular Season Round 36: Iskra Svit - Nitra 79-57

The most important game in the last round took place in Svit between third ranked Nitra (20-12) and fourth ranked Iskra Svit (20-12) on Saturday night. Nitra was crushed by Iskra Svit on the road 57-79. The game was mostly controlled by Iskra Svit. Nitra managed to win third quarter 15-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Iskra Svit dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Nitra's 30. Iskra Svit have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Nitra. Nitra lost fifth consecutive game.
