An interesting game for Wisla Krakow (22-2) which hosted in Krakow 3rd ranked Energa Torun (14-10). First ranked Wisla Krakow had an easy win 85-57. It looked good early as Energa Torun took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Wisla Krakow had a 29-13 second period charge getting the lead and Energa Torun was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 57-85. Wisla Krakow dominated on the defensive end, holding Energa Torun to just 6 points in fourth quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Energa Torun's 38. Wisla Krakow forced 22 Energa Torun turnovers. Wisla Krakow will play against AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski (#5) in Gorzow Wlkp. in the next round. Energa Torun will play on the road against Artego Bydg. in Bydgoszcz and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
