A very close game took place in Salerno between Salerno and Brindisi. Fourth ranked Salerno (3-2) got a very close home victory over leader Brindisi (3-2). Salerno managed to escape with a 3-point win 67-64 in the fight for the first place. It was a key game for the top position in Relegation Group B.
