The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Trento (16-7) on the court of fourteenth ranked Fileni BPA Jesi on Sunday night. Visitors were edged by Fileni BPA Jesi 87-84. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Trento. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 28-17. But Trento won second period 28-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Fileni BPA Jesi shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Fileni BPA Jesi maintains fourteenth position with 9-15 record. Trento at the other side still keeps top place with seven games lost. Fileni BPA Jesi are looking forward to face higher ranked Angelico Biella (#4) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Trento will play against PMS Torino where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
