TiuMenas-Ezer. thrashed Jazz-KTU and sealed their quarterfinal appearance. The game was mostly controlled by TiuMenas-Ezer.. JAZZ-KTU was better in fourth quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded JAZZ-KTU 42-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. TiuMenas-Ezer. players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by JAZZ-KTU's players. It was a good game for point guard Tomas Gaidamavicius (191-82) who led his team to a victory with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Osvaldas Macernis (200-82) contributed with 16 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four TiuMenas-Ezer. players scored in double figures. Guard Arturas Lencevicius (188-87) answered with 12 points and 6 rebounds and forward Paulius Petrilevicius (201-91) added 8 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for JAZZ-KTU. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
