Delikatesas punched the next round ticket as they bruised Radviliskis. The game was mostly controlled by Delikatesas. Radviliskis was better in fourth quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Delikatesas forced 19 Radviliskis turnovers. It was a good game for point guard Ernestas Ezerskis (192-87) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 5 steals. Guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (185-88) contributed with 13 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Delikatesas' coach Robertas Stankevicius allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. point guard Tomas Rakauskas (184-81) answered with 16 points and power forward Darius Marcinkevicius (201-91) added 15 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) in the effort for Radviliskis.
