LFB top team - Bourges (19-1) added another victory to their record. This time they beat eighth ranked Union Hainaut (7-13) in Saint-Amand 68-62. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. The winners were led by international Nwal-Endene Miyem (188-88) who scored that evening 12 points and 6 rebounds and the former international guard Paoline Salagnac (176-84, agency: Josep and Nicolas) supported her with 11 points. Bourges' coach Valerie Garnier allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 26 points and 7 rebounds by Senegalese power forward Astou Traore (182-81, agency: Josep and Nicolas) did not help to save the game for Union Hainaut. DR Congolese power forward Pauline Akonga Nsimbo (188-82, agency: LBM Management) added 16 points for the hosts. Bourges have an impressive ten-game winning streak.
