Second ranked Adelaide 36ers (16-9) crushed at home 8th ranked Townsville Crocodiles (9-17) by 32 points 102-70, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Adelaide 36ers. Townsville Crocodiles was better in fourth quarter 17-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Adelaide 36ers dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Townsville Crocodiles' 38. They outrebounded Townsville Crocodiles 44-33 including 31 on the defensive glass. Adelaide 36ers looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Townsville Crocodiles' players.
