Rather expected game in S'Arenal where 6th ranked Fontedoso Carrefour (11-9) was defeated by third ranked Palma (13-7) 75-70 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 14-7 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Palma dominated on the defensive end, holding Fontedoso Carrefour to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Forward Anaterve Cruz (196-86) fired 19 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American point guard John DiBartolomeo (183-91, college: Rochester, agency: Duran International) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds. DiBartolomeo is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
