Liga Endesa top team - Real Madrid (23-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventeenth ranked UCAM Murcia (6-17) 102-65. The game without a history. Real Madrid led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 25-of-27 charity shots (92.6 percent) during the game, while UCAM Murcia only scored seven points from the stripe. They outrebounded UCAM Murcia 41-25 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Real Madrid players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. UCAM Murcia was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for international Rudy Fernandez (198-85) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists (was perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line !!!).
