An interesting game for Grodno-93 (11-0) which hosted in Grodno Svisloch (3-7). Grodno-93 had an easy win 107-60. The game was mostly controlled by Grodno-93. Svisloch managed to win third quarter 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Grodno-93 well out of reach of Svisloch shooting 81.1 percent from the field and made 79-of-85 free shots (92.9 percent) during the game. Grodno-93 forced 25 Svisloch turnovers and outrebounded them 125-65 including a 48-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 66 long-distance shots on high 78.6 percentage. Grodno-93 looked well-organized offensively handing out 44 assists comparing to just 28 passes made by Svisloch's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Grodno-93 made 154 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for the former international forward Andrei Mastou (202-84) who led the winners and scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. International point guard Vyacheslau Korzh (192-86) accounted for 17 points and 6 assists for the winning side. Four Grodno-93 players scored in double figures. Grodno-93's coach Andrei Vasileuka felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Siarhei Vabishchevich (192-88) came up with 17 points and 7 assists and Ukrainian center Maksym Kozlovets (205-90) added 15 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Svisloch in the defeat. Grodno-93 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Svisloch will play against Sozh Gomel and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
