The game between closely ranked teams ended with ninth ranked Amsterdam's (7-24) home victory over bottom-ranked Weert (3-26) 84-71 on Thursday. The game was mostly controlled by Amsterdam. Weert managed to win second period 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for the former international point guard Aaron Roye (185-88) who led the winners and scored 15 points and 7 assists.
