There was a small surprise in Stockholm where fifth ranked Fryshuset (7-4) won against one of their biggest challengers Boras II (7-5) 92-81 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 45-29 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Fryshuset dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Boras II's 44. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Bruno Lira fired a double-double by scoring 25 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Naturalized Ugandan guard Kassim Nagwere (187-90) chipped in 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Dmytro Purik (195-91) produced 24 points and 4 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and forward Hajzer Ismaili (202-94) added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Fryshuset moved-up to second place. Loser Boras II keeps the third position with five games lost. Fryshuset will face Sanda Basket (#9) in Huskvarna in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Boras II will play at home against Sanda Basket (#9) and hope to win that game.
