Rather predictable result when third ranked Hokkaido L. (29-16) beat on the road 6th ranked Kumamoto V. (5-39) 90-83 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-83. Kumamoto V. was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch.
