Very important is a road loss of third ranked Hamamatsu Phoenix (25-16) against sixth ranked Osaka Evessa (19-24) on Saturday night. Visiting Hamamatsu Phoenix was defeated by Osaka Evessa in Osaka 87-74. The game was mostly controlled by Osaka Evessa. Hamamatsu Phoenix managed to win third quarter 26-14. Hamamatsu Phoenix's coach tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Osaka Evessa maintains sixth place with 19-24 record. Loser Hamamatsu Phoenix keeps the third position with 16 games lost.
