Regular Season Round 48: Osaka Evessa - Hamamatsu P. 62-52

The most important game in the last round took place in Osaka between third ranked Hamamatsu Phoenix (25-17) and sixth ranked Osaka Evessa (20-24) on Sunday night. Hamamatsu Phoenix was defeated by Osaka Evessa on the road 62-52. The game was mostly controlled by Osaka Evessa. Hamamatsu Phoenix managed to win second period 16-15. Hamamatsu Phoenix's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Osaka Evessa maintains sixth position with 20-24 record. Hamamatsu Phoenix at the other side keeps the third place with 17 games lost. Osaka Evessa are looking forward to face Bambitious Nara (#9) in the next round. Hamamatsu Phoenix will play against Iwate Big Bulls (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
